MK Demolition & Reclaim partnered with Watson and Cox for the comprehensive removal and processing of a large steel commercial building. This project required the safe removal of asbestos and the complete dismantling and crushing of the building structure

Project Highlights:

  • Asbestos Removal: Our team safely removed asbestos from the building, adhering to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for all workers and nearby areas.
  • Structural Shearing: We efficiently sheared up the large steel commercial building, employing specialised equipment and techniques to manage the complex structure.
  • Slab Uplifting and Crushing: Utilising a 35-tonne machine, we uplifted the building slab and crushed the concrete, handling the 3-meter deep footings with precision.
  • On-Site Processing: The crushing of materials on site facilitated recycling and reuse, demonstrating our commitment to sustainable demolition practices.
